I bought a flat with the aid if Deborah Quartey and Sarah Jane Troop from Newnham Jordan. It wasn't an easy purchase, but they were stars, both during and after the purchase. I couldn't rate them any higher, they really took the stress out of nightmare for me. Highly recommend them both.
Excellent service , very responsive and transparent with fees
I have contracted Newnham & Jordan's services for conveyancing a number of times over the last few years for what have been some complex and time-critical transactions. I have received excellent service at all times, with great communication and excellent attention to detail from all involved. I've been very impressed with this company helping me with my divorce. Professional and helpful all the way making the task run smoothly at a reasonable cost.
I do not recommend using Newnham and Jordan for conveyancing. We chose them over another firm due to their proximity, thinking we could drop in if there were any problems, or to sign documents. This turned out not to be the case. The ease of correspondence was a major issue. As a direct comparison, the firm we used for our house purchase responded promptly to every email, usually within the hour.
