I bought a flat with the aid if Deborah Quartey and Sarah Jane Troop from Newnham Jordan. It wasn't an easy purchase, but they were stars, both during and after the purchase. I couldn't rate them any higher, they really took the stress out of nightmare for me. Highly recommend them both.

I have contracted Newnham & Jordan's services for conveyancing a number of times over the last few years for what have been some complex and time-critical transactions. I have received excellent service at all times, with great communication and excellent attention to detail from all involved. I do not recommend using Newnham and Jordan for conveyancing. We chose them over another firm due to their proximity, thinking we could drop in if there were any problems, or to sign documents. This turned out not to be the case. The ease of correspondence was a major issue. As a direct comparison, the firm we used for our house purchase responded promptly to every email, usually within the hour. With Newnham and Jordan they state that emails are responded to within 3 to 5 days. I wrongly assumed that this would be in extrem... read more
