I was called April 12th stating they were filing for an extention. Personal reasons pertaining to the owner and a missing K1. I inquired with company who mailed K1 and was told it was mailed March 11th. On call back to Delasco information was indeed in the office. I have called a few times and it is now July. I am still waiting. After many many years of excellent service I am extremely disappointed.

"I loved working with Keith. He was fair, especially for someone like me, a solo aesthetician with an S Corp. Initially, my taxes, both personal and corporate, were around $1500. But after the firm was bought by Joe, they doubled to $3000. As a small business owner, I found this increase unreasonable. Additionally, I felt demeaned by their communication style.
