Mike was just so wonderful! I was so nervous to call and ask for help with a ticket, but he made the entire process so easy and very fast. I did not deserve the ticket, and was a wreck over the whole issue. Mike told me to just send over the info and nothing more was needed but to wait, and that is what I did.
