This company and customer service have been amazing, the bat skeleton got lost in the post then arrived broken. The company's response was quick and resolved the problem and replaced the item . I was super nervous going to a stranger's house but Newman's Art Design are a lovely family who make absolutely brilliant designs. Their online communication is quick and welcoming.
Updated: Seller contacted me and organised a return and replacement for my order which was very prompt. Thank you Trevor, I'm hopeful that the replacement frame will stay well preserved and mould-free. Ordered online and while the specimens arrived safely and looked good for a great price, 2 of the 3 started to grow what looks like mould on them after only a couple of months. I own many framed specimens and have NEVER had this happen before.
