Fantastic service and definitely a trustworthy company. Great communication and comparative rates. I was notified of when my consignment would arrive and as I wasn’t able to be home I was sent a picture to confirm delivery. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Thank you for saving me the hassle of having to hire a trailer and drive a 6 hour round trip to collect myself. Highly recommend

My tile company subcontracted them for delivery. The story of woe continues, my delivery has not arrived yet, and they do not seem to be willing to take responsibility for their faults. First feedback was that their truck was pulled off for being over-weight (so they seem to follow illegal and unsafe practices which endanger the lives of families on the road). Poor customer service. More profit and cost cutting driven than customer service driven. Arranged a delivery and was told can take up to 5 days. As soon as I told my tradie this, his response was "this means they will deliver on day 5 and not before" That ended up being true. Not flexible enough to focus on customer needs and not wiling to compromise for customer needs.
