Ellie was AMAZING! I saw Newline ads online and decided to go visit. Ellie was happy to spend her time talking me through options for my living room and bedrooms based on my art work, rugs etc. I walked away with 12 cushions. Everything she suggested was spot on and the spaces look so good. I’m very happy. Ellie even went out of her way to provide other styling tips in preparation to sell my house. Couldn’t recommend more!
Great quality cushions with many amazing stylish options that it was so hard to pick! The lovely lady working there was amazing at helping me pick the perfect combinations of cushions and colours for my two living areas. She was so patient and her choices were also super stylish (has an interior design background apparently)! Prices were great on sale for the quality. Would definitely recommend.
Went into New Line today to look at some cushions I was genuinely interested in buying. The man working there was rude and condescending. He questioned how I’d even know what I want without showing him a photo of my space and kept telling me I could just return them. He made it clear he didn’t think they’d suit, even though he knows nothing about my home. The way he spoke to me was unnecessary and completely put me off. Absolutely amazing service from Eli, she was very friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgable and spent lots of time with me to get the perfect look or my lounge and bedroom. So happy with the final look. Highly recommended for excellent quality cushions and exceptional service.
We are extremely happy with our cushions and cushion covers from Newline. They look and feel absolutely fabulous, and well worth the money. I had bought these online and my original colour choice didn’t fly with my husband. The team were so accomodating with the changeover.
