Went into New Line today to look at some cushions I was genuinely interested in buying. The man working there was rude and condescending. He questioned how I’d even know what I want without showing him a photo of my space and kept telling me I could just return them. Absolutely amazing service from Eli, she was very friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgable and spent lots of time with me to get the perfect look or my lounge and bedroom. So happy with the final look. Highly recommended for excellent quality cushions and exceptional service.
We are extremely happy with our cushions and cushion covers from Newline. They look and feel absolutely fabulous, and well worth the money. I had such a wonderful experience with Ellie. She was absolutely lovely, so patient, and incredibly knowledgeable when helping me pick out cushions to style my home. She took the time to understand the look I was going for and gave me great advice without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out was her kindness—even after hours, she took the time to look through photos I sent her and helped me narrow down my options. Exceptional service—I’m so grateful for her help!
The cushions from Newline are amazing quality, and the range of different sizes and textures makes it easy to create a unique look for your home. Adriana was wonderful to deal with and her styling advice was perfect! I’m currently redesigning other rooms just so I can get more cushions!
