I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experiences at this hotel have been consistently disappointing. Severe lack of room maintenance! The Sheraton San Gabriel is failing to check their rooms before handing keys to guests, leading to an incredibly frustrating experience. My latest room was a disaster: the handheld shower leaked non-stop, the overhead shower constantly dripped freezing cold water on me while bathing, and the toilet required you to hold the handle down the entire time just to flush. Room’s hair dryer is somehow missing. I called guest services. They said they’ll bring me one. After 30 min - no signs of blow dryer. I called annd they said it’s on its way. After 1 hour - no signs of blow dryer. I called and called and no one picked up. After 1.5 hours - I called and no one picked up. It’s 1.45am. Went to reception and see no one.
