We had to bring our 95 yr old father in for new hearing aids and I have to say I could not have been more impressed with the experience from start to finish if I tried. Jillian our Audiologist was just amazing, how she treated our father was a treat to watch. She took the time to ensure our parents understood everything and showed great patience and understanding with them. The girls here are so kind! My 5 year old had a test done here today, they we so warm and friendly with him, they made sure he was happy and comfortable. The whole thing went so smooth ☺️ They even gave my son a Newfoundland Chocolate Company Chocolate at the end that was shaped like an ear. The facility is bright and clean and honestly, the only part that sucked was that it's not covered my MCP lol!!
