Lauren is amazing at her job. I have white coat syndrome so a very anxious patient. I had to go for a diabetic eye scan. Lauren is the first person to get the drops in my eyes and to capture the pictures successfully. Lauren has a great technique, honest and reassuring. I honestly can't praise Lauren enough. Very unprofessional. Was given address as 315 Chorley New Road to attend medical assessment and type in and will bring you to wrong address on the other side of Chorley New Road. When I rang they say need to specific postcode but that was never stated in the email confirmation of appointment. I don't think this is the patient fault at all but the reception just put the phone down on me. Was there 10mins later and still can't see you even not your fault. No empathy at all towards their patients. Disappointed
Poor parking facilities with lack of disable access. Inadequate waiting areas with chairs too close and touching. Poorly lit waiting area which was heated by a small oil radiator. Building in need of upgrade However, Health Professional was excellent
