This place is always borderline rude when we just ask a simple question that they definitely should know as the bookkeeper for our HOA payments. They don’t give a receipt, or if they do it’s hand written. Whoever the bookkeeper is never will take a phone call she makes the receptionist relay messages back and forth, it’s just unprofessional. We were going to set up auto pay with them, but after reading these other reviews I’m definitely not sure we should trust them with our information!
Stay away from this place!! Just an awful experience! Staff is not friendly and the advertised price is not what you will be charged.
First of all, let me say that April is awesome. But a different tax preparer took over at Newlands & they really messed us up. Our banking info for direct deposit was either entered incorrectly or not at all. I gave them a check to put our info in & how hard can that be? The receptionist acknowledged it was on their end for the mistake. They cannot rectify it of course! The IRS sent a letter stating that the info was incorrect. We will NEVER come to you again. April is the only competent one there!
