Buyer used these solicitors for our purchase. Many delays due to poor communication and a lack of transparency. They often claimed to be waiting on others but failed to provide important details, like the dates or times of the emails they had sent. They only responded when chased. Additionally, their four-day workweek slowed the entire process, with constant delays while waiting for them. Not recommend for house purchase or sale.
