Donovan is an outstanding man and father. I will preface this with he is a friend I met in Law School. We met while he was a 3L and I was a 2L. I was taking Federal Income Tax, and had no clue what was going on. Our school had a program that did taxes for indigent people in the community, and Donovan was the president.
