Very friendly staff
The telephony is poor. Two numbers are listed and one just cuts out after 20 seconds. The alternative number remains unanswered after 20 attempts.....yet mysteriously is engaged on follow-up attempts......suggesting the handset is left off the device????? I have been a member for 20 plus years and am very disappointed .
