As a health care profession who spends his days going in and out of care homes, I can truly say that the level of care manager Ben shows for all his residences is second to none. The home is always clean & safe for all its residents - with the domestics team taking great pride in their work.
I cannot praise the staff at Newgrove enough. They looked after my mum with such care and respect, I will be forever grateful to them. The rooms are a little tired and dated, but that was not my prioity. Mum could not have had better care.
