Couldn’t log into my online banking all of a sudden as they changed my member id. Tried calling 3 different institutions being placed on hold every time only to be hung up on ALL 17 times. I absolutely hate this bank. I’ve had nothing but problems with them. I highly suggest not opening an account with NLCU and picking literally any other bank. I can list reason after reason to not bank with them. They are subplot the worst when it comes to technical support
