If you want a bank, that’s stuck in the Stone Age then this is your bank. My husband opened a business account on the recommendation of our CPA and we have regretted it multiple times very dated way of doing things no ATM available outside of their bank every time he tries to login to The mobile or desktop version asked to reset his password. Great bank!!! Very hard to find a bank that is privately owned and offers great service. Jon Sullivan my banker was outstanding to work with!!!
My debit card had to be canceled for fraud use. When I called the bank to order a new card they never placed the order for the new card. I went to the back and asked when I would be receiving the new card I was told 10 business days. I had to call and inquire about the new card and was then told it was never ordered. Usually they are very good but I just don’t know what happened this time. It also seemed as if I was taking up their time and was an inconvenience to them when I was the one inconvenienced.
