My debit card had to be canceled for fraud use. When I called the bank to order a new card they never placed the order for the new card. I went to the back and asked when I would be receiving the new card I was told 10 business days. I had to call and inquire about the new card and was then told it was never ordered. Usually they are very good but I just don’t know what happened this time. It also seemed as if I was taking up their time and was an inconvenience to them when I was the one inconvenienced.

Racism at its nicest(meaning she wasn’t mean but she wasn’t trying to service me). It’s Rosenberg so I’m not surprised but still Pro nice building from what I seen on the OUTSIDE.
