Haven’t had any problems here. The people working at this branch have always been nice to me.
Reviews are correct, worst customer service. It's a bank that holds MY money, not the bank's but they act like you need them not them needing you. A new teller at window, obviously not trained well was confused with a deposit, walked away to talk to manager, didn't say a word like...." Hold on a minute sir" or..." I'll be right back sir".....or ask me a question if the deposit info is too complicated. No just leave me there for 15 mins and when she finally came back with manager I was told they can't deposit a paycheck that ... read more
