Terrible! The bank manager on Tuckahoe Road in Franklinville is horrible! They put a stop on my debit card and She won't even get on the phone to talk to me, she relayed a message to her Teller to tell me! The manager is outright rude! I have no way to withdraw my direct deposits to pay my bills except to go directly to the bank but I temporarily don't have a car to get there so I can't pay my bills. I opened an account with another bank for my direct deposit now just waiting for it to transfer over to the new bank. This is ... read more
