Hands down the worst bank I’ve ever done business with. I’ve been banking with Newfield for close to 2 decades. Many years ago they were great. I’d even attend events sponsored by them to show support. Now, they have absolutely zero customer loyalty. Getting someone to pick up the phone is impossible. They shut down your debit card constantly for “suspected fraud” without even a phone call letting you know. The tellers almost always have an attitude for no reason. Been banking with NNB for years. They have the gold club, which use to be the Nifty 50 club,🥴. Worth looking into if you're 50 or older. Always banking at its best. 🏦
