OMG!!!! I love the faux wood blinds. Makes the entire house look new again. The experience I had with Sp was exceptional. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He did a fantastic job in the installation. He took his time to ensure that everything was installed properly and in good working condition. He even showed us how to properly work the blinds and how to take care of them. I would not hesitate to refer New Era Blinds to friends and family. I give this company a full 5 star.
