Here's my review. Of The Bassano Newell housing. The housing it self is good interior wise. There is absolutely no Internal Cameras to watch over your loved ones, and to monitor undisciplined staff members concerning your loved ones Saftey, or risk of abuse to staff, if any. Facility doors are not armed to safety protocols including alarms, leaving all persons vulnerable to high risk of wandering or external exposure. November 12th we moved my mother-in-law into the Lodge. The staff we met were very professional and helpful with Pauline. Met some neighbors they were fantastic. It's like living in a hotel. It is an awesome place. Great choice. Thank you Brooks.
