Asus packed my motherboard with onboard wifi without the necessary wifi antenna. When Asus refused to help me, Newegg gave me money to buy a standalone antenna of my choice. 5 stars for them fixing someone else's mistake. Edit: Newegg, if you see this, please feel free to ask for my order number so you can go read the chat log. I thought we were kinda stuck until the rep was just, "What if we just bought you a new antenna?" (paraphrased). I didn't expect that.
