I have a friend in there treated with dignity and respect. I am notified continuously as to her well-being and always has activities
It was a lovely place different from the usual aged care homes
We attend New Direction for Hydrotherapy for my daughter. My daughter loves going and I enjoy watching her getting her body moving in a supportive, reduced pain environment. The staff are always lovely from the Receptionists to th Physiotherapists. There is a cute little Cafe to stop and have a cuppa too. I highly recommend New Direction.
The team and people around this community are welcoming and friendly. Very professional services and I do highly recommend.
