Came in looking for an obsolete part for an old electromechanical pinball machine from 1976. The gentleman behind the counter spent several minutes searching bins that probably hadn't been searched in years. He found what I needed, and when he saw the part was so old it wasn't even in their inventory system any longer, he just let me have it. A small kindness regarding a $2 part that I really needed earned these guys my business going forward, and a five star rating. Thank you, Newco!
Bad business I ordered switches 2 times from then and still don't have them I called after the first time took over 2 weeks was on hold for 45 minutes I hung up next day I went there. They didn't have them I ordered again because they told me it would be 4 day today feb6th still never got them or heard anything, I tookmy business somewhere else and will never go back or recommend anybody to them either
