I went to Connect Hearing last week to see about some hearing issues. I was met by John who answered all my questions on the spot. I new right away I had came to the right place. John is very knowledgeable and explained everything I wanted to know. He shared information relating to my problems that I never would have thought to ask about. John is very knowledgeable, both in interpreting test results and connecting you to resources within the hearing impaired community. He and his support staff maintain a friendly and welcoming environment, and are very accommodating for scheduling. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of the services they provide.
My appointment today was with John Thistle. I met with him to discuss custom made silicone earplugs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Jennifer on reception was lovely too. A great experience and I can easily recommend John at Newcastle Hearing Solutions.
