Amazing customer service from visiting the shop to the suite being delivered. Can’t thank Ali enough for helping me decide which suite to buy. No pressure whatsoever. Ali got the suite delivered within 5 days over a bank holiday weekend! Can’t recommend enough!
Top class. purchased the evo sleep mattress and was super impressed. really firm, not squishy yet very comfortable. perfect product for me. great sales and after service. Will be buying more products from them soon. Prices are very competative as well.
Ordered a grey superking ottoman gas lift bed with mattress here Summer 2022 for my old house as well as bunk beds for the spare room and the salesmen in store were fab and friendly as were the delivery lads. Came back March 2024 when I moved into my new flat of my own and got a double gas lift bed and loved it, and finally went back and got myself a superking again and upgraded my bedroom in my flat! Me and my wife have just bought a new house and it has been a really stressful period. We went to the store looking for a new settee. We spoke with Ali, who from the start was very knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered a settee and a single seater (yesterday afternoon) and it arrived today, with no issues.
