I went there to bye a tub and to have it installed they changed me $39 for the tub and another $40 to get it on. YOU would do better going to another e bike shop the manager is a total gerk not nice to the customer. DONT GO THERE.
Came in here on a Sunday morning with my partner who just needed his bike tyre pumped and the older gentleman inside was so rude and condescending, never going back here again, absolutely horrid.
NEW owner Andre is amazing. Great communication, knowledge and service. Went above and beyond to help us get our EBike before Xmas break. Cheers again Andre!
There has been a change in ownership with this business in 2023 around April. I bought my ebike Earth Trapeze in May 2023, I have been having few issues with it from the bike chain to the motor. The owner Andre has been very helpful and offered range of assistance such as lending me another bike while my bike was investigated and repaired. Recently, he helped me with changing the motor which is covered under warranty.
