Came in here on a Sunday morning with my partner who just needed his bike tyre pumped and the older gentleman inside was so rude and condescending, never going back here again, absolutely horrid.

There has been a change in ownership with this business in 2023 around April. I bought my ebike Earth Trapeze in May 2023, I have been having few issues with it from the bike chain to the motor. The owner Andre has been very helpful and offered range of assistance such as lending me another bike while my bike was investigated and repaired. Recently, he helped me with changing the motor which is covered under warranty. Was looking at e-bike and asked shop assistant what the "80klm range" which was written on the label meant. She advised bike will go 80 klms per hour. I doubted this and research on the Web said it's not speed it's actually the distance it can travel on one battery charge. Sales staff have no idea!
