Really impressed with our recent Syd airport to Newcastle transfer. Our driver even knew we were landing early(unheard of) and adjusted our pick-up time so we didn't have to wait. Very smooth drive home. Will definitely be using this service again!
The owner is not a person I would want to deal with again.
Gave one star as they did turn up and get us home. Driver Pat was a joke. Followed his text instructions but when we arrived he was nowhere to be seen. 5 minutes later he turned up. On the way to the car he told us we got the small car today so would be limited leg room if we were to both sit in the back. No attempt to put our luggage in the boot and when I did it, he said you look stronger than me so was glad I did it.
