I had bought a Ritar 12v 100AH battery back in February for my caravan. I seemed to have got a Dodgey battery. It wasn’t holding charge. I took the battery back in this Friday and the staff were fantastic. They tested the battery and apologised for giving me a Dodgey battery but replaced it with no worries. Great customer service

I had a flat battery 1km away from Newcastle Batteries in Metcalfe Warners Bay, In the process of walking back home to get my jump starter pack I stopped there to ask if I could return to get my battery load tested once I got my car going. They immediately offered to drive up the road, jump start the vehicle and test the alternator output, which they did. Once back at the shop and everything checked out they refused to accept payment. They even offered to charge my battery overnight for free! Such a amazing generous business... read more
