Jonathan was great about explaining the variety of mobility-equipment options; the pros and cons of each; and what made the most sense based on my husband's needs. He used the make/model of my husband's power wheelchair to verify his ability to clear the doorway into a wheelchair van. He brought a van to the hospital where my husband was in rehab for him to participate in a test drive. Jonathan responded to every question and request quickly and thoroughly. Very positive experience overall.

Really needed my thermostat changed but it wasn’t changed! Very nice people but a Little disorganized -did give me 10% my oil change for the trouble
