First time using newbury vehicle hire! I had excellent service from entering the office. All paper work was done very smoothly. Doing the walk around on the vehicle and explained very well. I had no faults what's so ever. Great price, very polite chap from start to finish. Highly recommended. Thank you.
The Peugeot Boxer i used was very clean and in good order mechanically. Blemishes on the body were well indicated. Stu was very helpful and efficient getting me going and the call room was very responsive and helpful when I rand. I will use again.
What can I say. I highly recommend hiring from here. Customer service was outstanding. We had a funeral to attend and the car we ordered they didn't have, so they gave us an upgrade. Prices are very reasonable. The whole experience was excellent. Much better than other big hire car firms. Will definitely use again.
Hired a 14 seater minibus for the weekend. Collected Saturday morning 09.30, it was all ready for me, cleaned, paperwork ready to sign, really friendly and straightforward. I dropped it back early Monday morning and as the site is unmanned at that time, just park up and post the keys back into the office. Really can’t fault it. A decent price, no frills, simple service. Will be my first port of call again next time.
Straightforward transaction, and excellent service from administrator, who rang us back when she found a van that we needed. Van was excellent, and return couldn't have been easier. Thanks for making the day less stressful than it could have been! Recommended!
