This firm was hired to offer financial advice to my small business in 2018, and to file for both personal and company taxes. However, during the whole year they never reached to us and I had to actually remind them when the tax filing deadline was close. They did send us a fat bill for all short meetings we had, during which I wasn't ever clear who's who, as they have a small army working for every account.
