This firm has done good work for us in the past. Deeds, closings, wills, etc. Always paid promptly for services rendered. For some reason, recently needed a deed done and cannot get a good response. John did respond to an email where I requested service for a deed pursuant to a transfer of ownership on a piece of property. Sent the firm information requested by them. Sent a second email. I had the senior Newberry do a will for me and he did a excellent job at a fair price… how ever I attempted to get the jr Newberry to write a liability release to protect the landowner of my hunting property… POS wouldn’t even return my calls
