Very poor communication. I appreciated them taking me in last minute as a client (hence the 3 starts, otherwise it'd be 2), but it was a sloppy job and I needed to amend it myself. I missed providing one of the forms (my fault), but it was such a basic miss that any experienced accountant would be able to catch it and say, "hey this doesn't look right, you need this thing here". after the fact I emailed Amy directly twice, all to be ignored and no response.
Communication was less than adequate and the pricing was not clear. If you choose to use them make sure to get clear pricing ahead of time so you don't have the same sticker shock I did.
Amy has been preparing our taxes for the last couple years and we have been thrilled with our tax prep. Highly recommend them!
Been using their services for 20 plus years, always communicative, gets our stuff done on time with little or nothing needed from us. Diane has been my go to for years and she has been super helpful. A little on the expensive side but price is what you pay and value is what you get.
My wife and I went to three different tax “professionals” without so much as getting a 2nd call back before we found Newberg Tax and April. After one face to Face everything was filed. Needless to say, we won’t be using anyone else for tax related services.
