We have been working with Neway Packaging as our sole packaging supplier for the last few years. I appreciate the care and attentiveness the entire teams brings to every order. If something is awry with a delivery, they fix it right away. Tod, Bridget, Angela & Jaymie are all very helpful and easy to work with.

Shipping and Receiving. Dock hours are 9am to 1:30pm Showed up 2 days before my appointment time. They gave me a door right away and had me unloaded in 20 minutes. Not a lot of curb space for overnight parking. Streets are narrow. TA 5 miles down the street.

Stay far away from this company as possible! Almost everyone I've dealt with was rude! They add a bunch of fees after the fact. They charge you 2 hour trip for 10 min of work. Was told 1 price, signed paperwork then they turn around and add stuff making it seem like i signed off on the higher bill. Just a very shady company. I wont be giving this company another penny of business. Their competitor Katzke packaging will be getting my business from now on.
