The security guard is very rude and provocative and too old to behave so aggressive

I was extremely disappointed with the security guard at this hospital. As soon as I walked in with my 2-year-old son, who naturally wandered over to the vending machines, the guard approached me in a rude manner. He asked if I knew English and could read the signs, implying I was somehow incapable or ignorant. What bothered me most was that he didn't even bother to check if my son was in harm's way or offer assistance; instead, he seemed more focused on scolding me.
