I was extremely disappointed with the security guard at this hospital. As soon as I walked in with my 2-year-old son, who naturally wandered over to the vending machines, the guard approached me in a rude manner. He asked if I knew English and could read the signs, implying I was somehow incapable or ignorant. What bothered me most was that he didn't even bother to check if my son was in harm's way or offer assistance; instead, he seemed more focused on scolding me. (Tmi warning) I have PCOS and Crohn's disease. Been coming here ever since I was kid. My first red flag was that they turned me and my father away at the door and refused to let us come inside and see a doctor, claiming that we needed to have called ahead and scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. This was during the worst flare up I ever had with my crohn's disease which was undiagnosed at the time.
