Trying to get in touch with this place is getting WORST then visiting the DMV!!!!!!!! No one wants to answers phones anymore, and it’s doing business hours!! Seems like the punch in & reroute phones to voicemail, you’ll never get a clear answer through the voice recordings !!!!! This place is a JOKE, someone should look into this!!!!
How can the water be drinkable if there are brown particles coming out along with brown water? Makes no sense and there is no warning just nasty..
Terrible only city that would put notices of water violation when they can’t read the meters on a Saturday July 5th and give 72 hours to get a hold of them and then can’t get a hold on them. Do better. Not like we don’t pay you every 28 days
Even 1 star is too many No one wants to help you No answers, you need to call 50 times for someone to answer City has to higher an outside company to handle the water There are too many fraudulent people working in there
No wonder they consider Newark a dump. Horrible people that they have working in their facilities uneducated no phone etiquette or customer service horrible.. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
