Terrible services
We recently got a house in Newark, and you gotta beg them to get an account and actually make your payment. First I called and was just hung up. After calling million times a customer service rep loosing her breath told to send the details to their email. Which I did 3 months ago. Finally my patience expired. Decided to call them again and guess what. I don’t know what they are putting in the water, but it smells like Lysol and has an awful smell
I noticed that Water bills are sent after the due date. I havnt received the Water bill foe this month. I used to be able to go online and search for my bill, I cant do that anymore. I tried signing up and my account has never been verified, four months now.
