Terrible only city that would put notices of water violation when they can’t read the meters on a Saturday July 5th and give 72 hours to get a hold of them and then can’t get a hold on them. Do better. Not like we don’t pay you every 28 days
Even 1 star is too many No one wants to help you No answers, you need to call 50 times for someone to answer City has to higher an outside company to handle the water There are too many fraudulent people working in there
No wonder they consider Newark a dump. Horrible people that they have working in their facilities uneducated no phone etiquette or customer service horrible.. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
Well Well Well! I thought the water department couldn't be that bad...EVERYONE IS EXACTLY RIGHT! I've called 30!! times and no one answers! then it disconnects. I've tried calling as soon as they get in...NO ANSWER. How is it that you call allllllll morning and no one answers? And when you do speak to someone, why do they have an attitude? Newark its Time to hire new people!
