If anyone is confused about city income tax, I highly recommend going to Trisha. She is the best! She explains everything step by step, and if you’re unsure about anything, she will make sure you fully understand. I’m so grateful that she was able to clarify everything I was confused about. Five stars for her!

I just left this office concerning my 2020 taxes (my tax person did not file them apparently) and the office staff was so incredibly nice and helpful, in spite of it being 90+ degrees and their air conditioner being broken. Not that I necessarily want to have to go back regarding any issues, but it was a very nice experience, thought I would make mention of it.
VERY happy online filing has been implemented!!!! Office was very helpful correcting a mistake on MY end setting up my account...thanks so much.
They certainly reminded me why it is so important that I sell my Newark home and move to Florida when I retire.
