I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Newar or his team, particularly Candice O’Brian. They both were absolutely amazing, professional, hard working and confident. My case was complicated to say the least but he never gave up. He surpassed every expectation I had and made sure my family walked away victorious. Even after the case was settled he continued to follow up with us. By far one of the best attorneys Houston TX has.

Heard amazing things about Scott via a friend, who is also an attorney, and unfortunately did not get the opportunity to speak to him. Candice O'Brian, his paralegal/intake, was extremely abrupt, rude, and made the decision (on his behalf without consulting with him) that she couldn't take my case. The reason? She said I had a bad attitude because I called her out on hers and after providing plenty of information, she continued to want more, when I spoke up....she said I had an attitude and couldn't take the case.
