This is the most disappointing company to deal with. We ordered parts for our 5 year old New Air wine fridge and just got a run around. Never got a tracking number and never got the parts. This is an $800 fridge that only lasts 5 years and then you can’t get parts to fix it.
Ionie was very friendly and professional while assisting me with a problem concerning a mini fridge that I had bought. She offered a fair resolution that I appreciate very much!
Great customer service! Hilary was awesome at solving my issue. The mini fridge is excellent as well!
