Very friendly staff and professional business. I’ve been going here for awhile now and have lost weight as well as able to keep it off. Very happy with my results. Vanessa at the front is wonderful and very thorough with your weight loss. The owner is so sweet as well, Connie. Highly recommend
I absolutely love the staff at the Oneonta office!! Everyone there is supportive and offer suggestions on how to stay motivated, what to do when it's not going like you want, when to increase/decrease what you eat or your water intake, or just emotional support when you feel down because you had a bad week. I have NEVER felt like a single person there thinks of their position as "just a job". I honestly believe that they want to see you succeed in living a healthier life. Great experience. Down 14lbs in a month.
They are very friendly here the first visit you see the doctor he was very polite he helped me understand what I need to do to keep losing weight even gave me a web sight to help meal prep after that it's been a couple weeks now and I love how everytime I go I hear how much body fat I've lost and muscle gained so I'm leaving this review to help others out hope this helps and motivates someone. And if you live in the area it's very convenient.
