My go to place for tailoring. Her work is excellent and fast. Thank you!
Took a hoodie for a zipper repair. The lady was not so welcoming, but I digress. However, my hoodie was grey and the zipper was grey. I had to wait a whole week for a simple zipper, and when I got it back the zipper was black. Changed the look of my hoodie. I still took it back though. When I got home I saw that my hoodie was now ripped, it wasn't before. I returned and she was argumentative. Again, customer service slacked. Never again.
I wish I could choose no stars! Awful tailoring! I Don't suggest this place. They even left a hole in the clothing. Not Profesional
My family and I have been going here for 30 years. She is so talented and timely. We adore her! I live in Richmond now, but I wait to bring any clothes I need altering for when I visit VB because she’s the best!!
