DO NOT USE!! They told my sister THE WEEK of her wedding that they were short three ties for her wedding. Even though they had had the order for months. Very unapologetic. Additionally, a pair of suit pants that was ordered for the wedding came in so small that it was unable to be altered to fit - EVEN THOUGH, the guy who ordered them went in to be fitted. STAY AWAY!! – Ignore that one star. I was forced to choose. That $100 dollar deal is very attractive, especially when you are shopping for a teenage son. I fell for it and my son stood in a corner during his first formal dance because his pant leg had come apart at the seam from his waist to his knee. Their reaction was completely unprofessional and I ended up at the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY. The customer service alone will probably be enough to make you leave.
