They don't like to admit when they are wrong. I had a stroke in their custody that went un treated. It led to a heartattack. Which led to more problems. I'm still having problems even though im out. It's going to last a lifetime. Now I have congestive heart failure. Thanks guys

Nys dept of corrections is no help. I have called there several times about my son not receiving his packages in Greene correctional facility and the director of packaging told me she was unable to do anything because they are not log-in the packages. I just don’t understand if you are the director that for sees all the nys package room why are you unable to investigate that facilities package room? People need t do their job that they are hired to do. This system is so messed up
