Zero stars if at all possible! I was referred to their pain management and my primary doctor faxed it over in May I called mid June and they said they never received it. Then doctors resent it and two weeks later they claimed the same thing! Then I had my doctors nurse call directly and fax it. Then I called again and they said they didn’t get all the documents they needed which they didn’t request from the doctors office went on the phone with them. RN Want to be - very unprofessional and rude like she didn't want to be bothered especially with a senior patient. She dug deep making herself look good against the grievance I filed against her but there's always karma so beware someone is always watching.
Awful. I have multiple bulging discs in my neck and I came in to get some X rays and construct some sort of treatment plan. The doctor saw that I've previously had issues with opioids (I've been clean over 7 years now) and started berating me about it. Even after I told her I'm specifically looking for NON opioid treatment options she kept going on about it until I was practically in tears. Canceled my followup and will be seeking treatment elsewhere
