I have been a patient here since the early 2000's. I have terrible spine related issues and am in constant pain which is extremely difficult to control. The doctor's, NP's, PA's, and nursing staff, are all concerned about doing their best to help alleviate your pain. They handle everything from sports related injuries to degenerative issues, and everything in between. I showed up for my first appointment, in terrible pain. Unable to sit, had to pace for a long time, before I was called back. Spoke with a very bored nurse who asked the standard questions, like level of pain. Mine was near the top. ( by the way, read the report of my visit that was sent to my primary care doc, “ pt. Is in no apparent distress.” With a stated pain level near the top, and being barely able to sit still, writhing in pain, I think my distress was apparent. Saw the doc, who recommended a nerve block. Stay away from New York Spine n Wellness! They treat you like an idiot!!! Why bother giving you pain meds to help with severe pain only to stop saying abused there policy? Get real. All this place is an Assembly Line come in do nothing take your insurance money and send you back out. No resolution to your underlying pain problems!!!
Stay away from New York Spine n Wellness!!! They don’t care about you as a patient/ or your pain from Severs Stenosis, Spondylitis. Severe Sciatica.I myself worked in the Mefical Field for many years. Not to be heard, as a patient who knows her pain level is beyond not living life is utmost discouraging and the provider/ anesthesiologist who himself lied about procedures that would greatly reduce pain and regain leg strength should be ashamed of himself!!! Every staff member is female which I find kind of odd. Only one good doctor there though, her name is Katherine. She actually took care of me and I appreciate her. Thank you
