My initial dealings with one of the team members here was quite poor. I must admit, I simply asked a direct question without using the word "please," so I guess that grants the worker license to be condescending towards me. The real disappointment lays with the owners handling of my complaint. When I brought the concern to their attention, the response was surprisingly condescending and failed entirely to address my grievance.
