Great customer service!! Hannah has been looking after my for 20+ years!
Not a pleasant or relaxing experience. The whole pedicure (no gels) took 30 minutes. I usually enjoy a massage bit and I appreciate the timings may vary depending on a therapist and how busy the salon is but this one was 1 min 30 sec pressure "massage" on each foot banging my heals on the bowl as she was not bothered to hold my legs. The lady was grumpy, no hello, not a single smile when I was there, instead she kept looking at her watch trough out. I was clearly a nuisance which had to be dealt with quickly.
