I received a wedding gift after their 30 day exchange window had expired, which I then tried to exchange. They were unsympathetic to my predicament and suggested I should have exchanged it within such window - ie before I had received it. I had been going here for years and will not be returning.
Good quality
It's truly a gem in Nyc for all chefs and home cooks as well. The staff are very professional, helpful, and always welcoming. They have some of the best Japanese knives are a very fair price and all sorts of equipment for chefs.
