I use them for a Miele dishwasher installation. They were able to schedule it at a time convenient for me, they showed up on time, and the installation went smoothly. The two men that came were knowledgeable about this specific installation. All they were lacking were a drop-cloth and booties (which I had)! I’ve had far worse so I recommend them!

My delivery and install team was great. They were very careful with a bit of a challenge getting the appliances into the home because it’s a historic home. They were very patient. They were very meticulous and they did a great job of what I consider a perfect installation. Snd they were polite. very happy with them.

Very Disappointing Service I had a really frustrating experience with this company. They claim to be experts with appliances, but when it came to my humble home, they couldn’t even manage to put a screw in straight. It was clear they didn’t know what they were doing. Save your money and avoid hiring these folks. It’s not worth the headache.

We had some appliances delivered that we bought as floor models. A couple of issues were diligently and professionally followed up by New York Minute. I never had to chase. They drove the process until we were fully satisfied. All the people we dealt with on the phone or in person were well trained, respectful and professional. A great organization to work with. Not all jobs go perfectly... on the few that don't the difference between the people that care stands out!

They were a 3rd party vendor delivering a sub zero refrigerator I purchased. Guys were on time, professional and really good guys. Leroy and Jeff were awesome, spent the necessary time ensuring a proper fit and operation. Can't say enough good about them; prompt, courteous and professional!
