Bus ended up arriving an hour later than planned. I was not notified about this and had to find out by calling the driver directly. I understand accidents/traffic/things happen, but please communicate with your customers.

I’ve been in contact with Bob throughout my entire experience and I am beyond happy with the service the company and Bob have provided. I’m renting a party bus for my birthday and the birthday special is the best one I’ve found! $576 + $150 deposit $726 for 3 hrs and $120 for every additional hour. The company does the decorating and everything which is beyond helpful and amazing! So excited for my birthday 🥳
